Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We will ship anywhere and have carefully selected our couriers to ensure you get your delivery intact and on time.

What are shipping costs?

These vary and unfortunately i't s not possible to give an accurate answer for every outcome. If you are in the UK we have a flat rate £20 for shipping, including insurance and tracking. For other locations please contact us.

How do I care for my instrument?

We get asked this a lot and it's of course important to look after your purchase. We advise that after a playing session guitar and bass strings are wipe down and treated with something like fast fret to keep them at their best. Guitar and bass bodies can be wiped with a damp cloth but ideally should not get too wet. Best practice is to use a guitar polish for gloss finish and a simple wipe with a lint free cloth for wax finishes.

In addition it's worth noting that storing your instrument can be a big factor in i'ts health. Changes in temperature and humidity can effect wood and cause sudden changes can lead to warping and twisting. If you are going to travel, try to keep your guitar in it's case for as long as possible in the new location. Overnight is good, as it will make for a more relaxed transition. Try not to store your guitar in a place where it is affected by these changes. Hanging it on the wall is great and lets you admire it more often but don't suspend it too close to a window or above a radiator.

Please keep in mind that direct sunlight can fade finishes over time.

Can I return my guitar for a service?

Of course! We love to see our customers, to talk about how they are getting on, and to give their instruments some TLC. All our guitars and basses come with a free 6 month service, should it be needed. At this service we will do a thorough clean and setup, change the strings and ensure everything is as it should be.

None of your instruments is quite what I need. What can you do?

Talk to us! Our custom shop lets us create your dream instrument. you can take one of our standard range and make tweaks to the spec as you need, specify timbers, choose your pickups, add or remove features, or start from scratch to build your own vision. Just drop us a line at info@redmanamps.com

I need to return my purchase. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear that. The first thing to do is to contact us. Email us, with your invoice number and the reason for the return. If there is a manufacturing defect we will happily fix the problem. We can arrange a returns slip for you. The caveat here is if you chose a custom instrument and the spec doesn't suit you then we can't take a return. That said, we might be able to help in other ways, so please talk to us.

My guitar is broken, help!

Don't panic. Our fully equipped repair workshop can undertake everything from cutting a new nut to fixing the snapped off headstock of your Les Paul and everything in between. Just contact us to discuss the problem. We can almost always help. With any instrument. Not just our own.
